JOB PURPOSE

Ensure the company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees in accordance with the country’s labor laws and company’s recruitment policy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain HR procedures that comply with national labor regulations
  • Assess human resource gaps, recruit and train new employees, allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Organize relevant learning and training programs
  • Address employees’ requests, complaints and grievances in a timely manner
  • Manage tasks related to timekeeping, leaves, probation and termination of employees as directed by the Finance and Administration Manager
  • Prepare and submit regular reports regarding HR procedures and activities to the Finance and Administration Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: BA degree in Human Resource Management; MA degree in Human Resource Management or relevant certification is a plus
  • Proven 5 or more years of work experience as a Senior HR Officer, HR Manager or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relationships
