JOB PURPOSE
Ensure the company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees in accordance with the country’s labor laws and company’s recruitment policy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain HR procedures that comply with national labor regulations
- Assess human resource gaps, recruit and train new employees, allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Organize relevant learning and training programs
- Address employees’ requests, complaints and grievances in a timely manner
- Manage tasks related to timekeeping, leaves, probation and termination of employees as directed by the Finance and Administration Manager
- Prepare and submit regular reports regarding HR procedures and activities to the Finance and Administration Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: BA degree in Human Resource Management; MA degree in Human Resource Management or relevant certification is a plus
- Proven 5 or more years of work experience as a Senior HR Officer, HR Manager or similar role
- Solid knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relationships
